Genshin Impact is a game that keeps on giving the players new content to enjoy and experience. The game has recently released Sumeru and now we have the deserts of Sumeru to explore. The place is filled with Ruins, enemies to defeat, puzzles to solve and worse of all, a lot of sand. The game has consistently released large content updates since its launch and it’s no wonder why it’s still one of the top gacha games out there. The new area is filled with quests as well as a continuation of the story and in this guide, we’ll show you how to do one part of a quest.
Try To Unlock The Rooms Located Deep Within In Genshin Impact
In the quest “An Introduction to Indoor Archeology” you’ll be tasked with unlocking the rooms deep within the ruins where the quest takes place. Just continue following the waypoints of the quest. You’ll get to a puzzle room that involves sandglasses.
The puzzle is fairly simple, all you need to do is activate all 3 sandglasses within 30 seconds of each. Once you do that, go further inside the ruins. You’ll see a large area where there’s two pillars at center of the room.
Activate the one on the image above to continue the quest. Now follow the next waypoint to the area with the large boat inside the ruins.
In the middle of the boat is something that you’ll need to activate. The device will release a ball of energy that you’ll need to follow, just like a Seelie.
Just follow it until you find that big central room again and the energy ball will then power the second pillar and continue the quest.
