Transparent Ruins Desert Puzzle Location #1
The first location is pointed in the image above. When you arrive at the location, you need to defeat one enemy, and you will see one box in front of the door. You will get close to the box and press F to open the door.
Once you do that, you need to activate the touch cell and press F, and the wall will fall from above.
After that, you will go back, take a left, and go upstairs. When you are upstairs, there is a path that you need to follow. First, you will enter through a door and drop down. Once you drop down, you must beat the enemy and continue straight.
Then you will see one box like in the beginning, and you will press F to start. After that, you will open an Exquisite chest, and the puzzle is done.
Desert Puzzles Location #2
The second location is in the Hypostyle desert, as you can see in the image above. Once you’ve arrived, you will go through a tiny door and pass the stairs.
Once you get up, you will head right, see a small door, go through it and activate the box. On starting, you will open the Exquisite chest and get back inside to activate the cells.
Once you activate the cells, you need to rotate them until they connect with the wall. After that, you will see the box and press F to start. Once you start it, an Exquisite chest will be waiting for you to open. After opening the chest, the puzzle is finished.

The third location is in the Hypostyle Desert as well. Once you arrive at the destination, the first thing to do is to activate the cell and touch it.
After that, you need to go through the sand and press F in the box right in front of the cell. Once you do that, it will open the door with the Exquisite chest. Open the chest, and the puzzle is completed.

And the last location is in the Hypostyle Desert, close to the third location.
To complete the puzzle, the first thing you need to do is to activate the cell and rotate it until it connects. Once you’ve done that, the door will open, and you need to get through the door, and the chest will be waiting for you to open. After opening the chest, the puzzle is completed.
