A massive update has hit Genshin Impact again and it’s filled to the brim with new content! The new area, a sand-filled part of the map called the Sumeru deserts can now be explored. This new map addition is filled with ruins. These ruins in turn are filled with all sorts of new monsters and puzzles the player can defeat and solve. Not only that but the main quest is also updated, as well as many more side quests all around the new area for players to do. In this guide we’ll show you how to do one of the challenges in the new area of the game – Sekhem Hall Luxurious Chest Puzzle!
Sekhem Hall Luxurious Chest Puzzle Guide For Genshin Impact
When you first enter Sekhem Hall most of the area is flooded with water. At each side of the hall, you’ll see mechanisms that shoot out beams to the other side. All you need to do is make sure that both beams are as far away as possible by interacting with them and moving the beams.
After making sure the two beams are as far away as possible to each other, the water will disappear from the level via a small cutscene. In the middle is a floating orb that you’ll need to get close to. This is the desert’s version of a seelie, and all you need to do is stay close to it.
The small orb will activate one of the pillars to unlock the chests in the area. The other pillar needs to be activated though before all chests are unlocked. To unlock the second pillar, you first need to finish the time trial puzzle in the area. After doing the time trial challenge, one of the mechanisms that releases the other blue orb will unlock. All you need to do is release the orb, follow it to the other pillar and the chests will unlock!
