To find the Spaceport Manifest and The Meat Shop Receipt, the first thing you need to do is to go to this Space Station. Once you are inside, you will head into the bar area and go upstairs.
Then, you will walk and see at the top a pharmacy. On the opposite door from the Pharmacy is located the admin Spaceport Manifest. After entering the room, you will see one table and a book. The red book is the Spaceport Manifest.
Once getting the Spaceport Manifest, you will leave that room, head left, and go forward a bit. Then, you will see one bar, go to the stairs that lead down and head right. Then, you will continue straight a bit, and you will see the Meat Shop in front of you.
