You will need to progress enough through the game story to be able to unlock. To be precise, you will need to complete the Icy Winds main story quest. Once you complete it you can go ahead and start this one.
This is the location where you will need to come in order to be able to start the quest. Also, make sure that you are in the player’s marker too. Here you can climb on the ladder and then make your way to the cannon that is going to fire you to this quest’s location.
You will begin the quest by talking to the NPC. He will give you a brief overview of how the masks and the statues actually work. You can listen to him, or you can listen to us for help.
All that you will need to do is rotate the statues with masks in this order:
- From Left to Right: Sun > Ape > Burning Mountain
