ZERO Sievert is a game where you will be playing as a hunter in a post-apocalypse world trying to survive. It is sort of a game that will remind you of Escape from Tarkov a lot. In this guide we will be giving you the complete Beginner’s guide and most important things that you should know. Let’s get started.

Complete Beginner’s Guide – ZERO Sievert

Upgrade Your Stash

In the base where you begin in ZERO Sievert, you can build your own room in a way where you can place your stash. There are many things that you can choose to build in here that will help you in the long run.

You are able to place a bed, for example, some couches for sitting, some herb structures that will help you craft your own healing items, a kitchen where you can cook some food if you need to satisfy your hunger, and such.

It is one of the most important things to know because you will keep coming back here over and over again.

Keep Your Hunter Rested

You will always need to be looking out for your stats and needs. You will have to sleep when it is sleeping time, eat when the hunger bars get low, drink plenty of juices in your travels, and always no matter what keep an eye out on how much weight you are carrying.

If any of these things aren’t in the green zone of your needs you will be having a really hard time doing literally anything.

Different Factions

There are many factions in ZERO Sievert inside your bunker. If you want to trade with some random NPC you will first have to find out about his factions. They will all respond differently depending on how good you are with a certain type of faction.

The most important and powerful faction that you should know of is the Green Army. They are a group of soldiers that you’ll need to satisfy by proving your worth in the outside world.

So make sure that you at least befriend 1 of the many factions by doing quests and tasks for them.

Extraction Points

Whenever you enter a map first, or the Forest map will be the first one that you can enter, you will always have to open up your map first and look for these green circles at the edges of the map. They are the Extraction Points.

No matter what you’ll be doing, they are the most important things that you should be aware of. They are the way out of the map and how you can actually bring back your items to your base.

Unload Enemy Weapons & Reload

Reload, reload and reload. If you don’t want to be caught off guard you must always reload after a big fight.

Also, if you run out of ammo, don’t forget that you can always unload the ammo from the enemies’ weapons and use them as your own. You will just need to rightclick their magazines or guns and you’ll have the bullets in your inventory.

Quick Transfer

You can transfer items from the outside world into your inventory by holding CTRL. This way you will save up on a lot of time because sometimes you will really have a lot of items that need transferring.

Anomalies

Anomalies are highly radioactive invisible circles that are formed around very precious items in the game. Whenever you are walking somewhere and you hear a radioactive sound you want to slow down and look around you.

You can use the G key to throw a screen and detect if there is an Anomaly nearby. Do not enter these fields without checking out the area first since it will kill you.

Upgrade Your Weapons

The best weapon isn’t the most expensive one that you can find in the market. Instead, the best weapon is the one that has all the attachments.

You can modify your guns however you want them to be, but always make sure that you upgrade by attaching attachments to them.

That’s all the most important things that will get you going in ZERO Sievert. We hope that this guide will help you out on how to become a better hunter. Have fun!
