A lot of changes have been added to the new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Modifications and new features can be easily seen as you start the game.
New Pokemon are also added to the game and one of these is Charcadet. It is a fire-type Pokemon that evolves into Armarouge. However, Charcadet will have a different name depending on what version you are playing in.
If you are a Pokemon Scarlet player, its evolved version will be Armarouge. While if you are in the Pokemon Violet world, your Charcadet will evolve into Ceruledge.
For this guide, we will be focusing on upgrading your Carcadet into Armarouge.
How to Evolve Charcadet into Armarouge in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
First things first. If you still don’t have a Charcadet with you, let me first tell you how and where to catch one.
Just a reminder that Charcadet is a rare Pokemon so it will be a little difficult to spot one. However, a Charcadet is most seen as you go to any region of Paldea. Take your time walking around here until you see a tiny, two-legged Pokemon with a flaming head.
But if you are still having a hard time seeing one, you might want to try eating a Pickle Sandwich. Doing this will boost your encounter chance with fire-type Pokemon.
Now, to evolve your Charcadet into Armarouge, go to the northernmost part of the Asado Desert.
Once you reach this place, you can see Bronzors floating and roaming around. What you have to do now is to mark this for like ten minutes until they drop 10 Bronzor fragments.
You just have to kill these Bronzors with any fire-type Pokemon. You will know when to stop farming Bronzors if you already have 10 or more Bronzor fragments.
When you already have enough Bronzor fragments, fast travel to Zapapico.
As you arrive here, go to the right and head down until you see this man near the small fountain. Talk to this man and trade the 10 Bronzors and you will get a set of Auspicious Armor.
After that, access your Bag and use the set of Auspicious Armor to your Charcadet and it will evolve into an Armarouge.
