Everyone knows the story of Dumbo, the elephant with the giant ears that can fly into the air by flapping them. But in Pokemon, we have a Pokemon named Phanpy. This one doesn’t fly, as it has regular sized ears. But it is still very adorable, and quite the powerhouse. Find Phanpy on the West Side of Paldea
If you are on the east side of Paldea, then you will need to move because Phanpy can only be found in the western side of Paldea. You can find it south west of Paldea as well.
Get Phanpy to Level 25
Phanpy evolves to Donphan by leveling it up to level 25. You can evolve Phanpy by doing the usual Pokemon battles, but you can also use Exp. Candy if you have enough to get it to the required level.
