One Piece Odyssey: That Tea Tastes Thorny Side Quest Guide

One Piece Odyssey not only features a new story and a familiar cast, but it also has side quests. Side quests are normal in RPG games because while playing the main story is fun, it can be pretty boring. You will want to explore the world around you and discover things about it. That’s the fun with side quests; it gives more lore about the world you are roaming. In this guide, we will be giving you a guide on one of Odyssey’s side quests called “That Tea Tastes Thorny”.

That Tea Tastes Thorny Side Quest Guide – One Piece Odyssey

Start the Quest in Alubarna

The quest can be triggered once you talk to a woman that is crying on the street (she also has a blue speech bubble above her, which signifies that she has a side quest to give you). Talk to her and you will start the That Tea Tastes Thorny quest.

Find the Jar of Tea Leaves

You will have two objectives: find and retrieve two jars of tea leaves. The first one can be found from this guide in an alley (he can be easily identified as part of the side quest due to the blue pop ups that pop out from the top of his head). Talk to him and he will gladly give you the jar.

The next jar of tea leaves can be found in the Eastern Alley, but these guys won’t give it to you so easily. When you talk to them, you try to be civil and ask for it back, but they want to kill you instead, which proves to be their downfall. After you defeat them, you get the last jar of tea leaves.

Bring the Jars Back to the Woman

Go back to the tea merchant and give her back the jars. A short cutscene will play and after which, the side quest will be completed.
