While it’s pretty scary to actively go in an area that is called the Passage of Ghouls, you are essentially a demigod walking on mortal land, so you should be good. There is a way to get all Sacred Seals marked on the map, which makes finding them a lot easier. All you have to do is go to this location in the Passage of Ghouls.
Once there, approach this obelisk and you will get the option to mark all Sacred Seals. Select that choice and you will be take to the map.
In the map, you will be shown the locations of all the Sacred Seals, which makes finding them incredibly easier compared to having to find them by yourself. As you can see, all of them are close to each other, so you can easily find them.
You can find one here on this cliff, laying down on a piece of rock.
One can be found in an enemy camp, which you can sneak around and get it.
You can find another one out in the desert, laying down on a piece of rock protruding from the ground.
This one is a bit dangerous to get to, as it is next to a locked chest, meaning that there is a powerful monster guarding the locked chest. You can either run in and snatch the Sacred Seal, or you can just defeat the monster and get yourself a nice chest along with it.
This one can be found on the bottom of a cliff.
The last one can be found in the middle of an Atmospheric Vortex. You will need to have Liloupar powered up in order to get rid of the vortex and get the Sacred Seal.
