Dead Space is known for a lot of its collectibles. Luckily for us, they are still in the Dead Space Remake 2023. Well although they are plenty, it is very rewarding to find them all. In this guide, we will be helping you out in this journey and here you can see all of the 30 collectibles that you can find. Let’s get started.
All Collectibles Chapter 3 Course Correction – Dead Space Remake 2023
Log 1/15 – It’s Mine
Once you get to this wide open area with a sort of a road in the middle, you are going to need to look at your right side and on the bottom is where you can find the first log.
Voelker’s Rig
This is for the side mission You Are Not Authorized. Simply get outside and start floating and flying. Proceed to move to the left side from the entrance and here you can find the RIG just on the ground.
Log 2/15 – Growth
After you have picked up Voelker’s Rig you want to turn to your right and you can spot the Cargo Arrival. All that you need to do now is to just get inside of it and float all the way to the very bottom. Continue going all the way through and even pass the Unloading Zone.
Then at the bottom, you are going to find a door. Open it up and inside is where you find this log.
Weapon Upgrade 1/4
For this weapon upgrade all that you need to have are the following:
- Head Accumilitator (Plasma Cutter)
- Kinetic Autoloader (Pulse Rifle)
Those are the rifles that you can find and their upgrades. Once you have them, you’ll go to the store and just upgrade your gun to the level you want and need.
Log 3/15 – Temple’s Log 1
This log will be just behind the store market location shown in the Weapon Upgrade 1/4. It will be just placed on the bench.
Log 4/15 – Engine Diagnostics
This one is story related. So all that you will need to do is go through the main story of the game and as you get the live video call you are going to get the log already discovered.
Weapon 1/2 – Ripper
You need to head to this location that is just next to the Bathroom on Floor 4. You can get here by simply being on the floor 5 through the main story, and then opening the doors that will lead you down. The gun will be just in front of the stairs so you can hardly miss it.
Log 5/15 – His Own Teeth
This one is just inside the Bathroom which can be seen in the picture of Weapon 1/2. Enter through the door and just on the sink in front of you is where you can find the Log.
Side Mission – Scientific Methods Step 3
This is inside the room of the Bathroom as well. You need to head all the way to the other side and you can find a door to open. When you get inside this door you’ll see a Hologram. Watch the hologram all the way to the end and you’ll finish this side mission.
The door is just at the end of the room behind the stairs.
Log 6/15 – Temple’s Log 2
This one will be inside the Engineering map area. You are going to be operating the machine in the middle with the main story. Once you’re finished, just enter the little room on the right and you can find this log on the bench.
Log 7/15 – Kendra Is Alive
This one is also story related and most likely you are going to pick it up even if you didn’t know that you will. You need to go to the top of these stairs as you are in the same room of the previous log. Just go up and follow the road until you reach this door.
You can see the photo sign on the wall and you want to take a right. Here you can find the Log.
Node 1/4
For this one, you’ll need to be Inside Fuel Management map zone. You simply just open up the door and on the left side from the entrance is where you can pick up the node. It will be in the same room as Log 6/15.
Log 8/15 – Engines Are Refueled
This one is story related and you can pick it up as you go through the main story. Once you will come back to the machine in the center of the wide open room you’ll get it.
Weapon Upgrade 3/4
Going to a simple store is enough for this one to work. These are the things you will need to do:
- Ricochet Tracer (Ripper)
Log 9/15 – Chaos
You can keep using the Activate the Centrifuge and it will lead you directly to it while you are next to the store location. It is inside a very corner of a room called Centrifuge.
Schematics 1/3 – Medium Med Pack
Just next to the Log 9/15 and in front of it. You can also use the Centrifuge route to follow but this one is very simple to find.
Node 2/4
At the end of the tunnel after you exit the Centrifuge room on the other side from where you entered it. You can find monster things on the wall and here you can find it.
Log 10/15 – Rig Transcript
This is in the tunnel road that is just next to the Centrifuge. You can just follow the same road from the node 2/4 and you can find it on the opposite side.
Log 11/15 – Centrifuge Is Online
This one is story related so you’ll pick it up as you proceed through the story.
Log 12/15 – They Found An Artifact
Also story related and you’ll automatically pick it up.
Weapon 2/2 – Flamethrower
Come to this very same location and just behind the door is where you can find the flamethrower placed on the wall.
Log 13/15 – Temple’s Log 3
Continue walking through the same tunnel as shown in the picture before. After you leave the monster tunnel enter the first door on your left and you can find it.
Node 3/4
This same room is where you can find the Node.
Schematics 2/3 – Ripper Blades
Come to this location just on the other side of the previous room. Make your way through the monster obstacles and you can find it in the room.
Node 4/4
Get inside the Engine Room and then take a right to enter this room. Once you go through this corner enter the first door on your left and you’ll see the node.
Schematics 3/3 – Flamethrower Fuel
Just go to the second floor from the previous location and room and you can find it next to the engine computers.
Log 14/15 – Go To The Bridge
Story related. Once you activate the computer and the machine starts working, you’ll get it.
Log 15/15 – Nicole?
Also story related and you’ll get it automatically.
Weapon Upgrade 4/4 – Gellified Hydrazine (Flamethrower)
Go to the store and you will need this amount of cash to buy it:
- 11.500$
