It’s been a long wait since a playable demo of the game was presented at GamesCon of 2022, back in August. After almost half a year of waiting, the game has finally been released across multiple platforms (PC, XBOX One, Playstation 4 & Nintendo Switch). If you’re among those of us who waited patiently to finally enjoy this one, I’m happy to say that the wait is finally over!
Let’s dive into a guide that’ll cover how to get a secret costume called the ‘Dutchmanbob’.
How To Get Dutchmanbob Secret Costume – SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake
To start off, go to the Kandyville checkpoint in the game. Talk to The Flying Dutchman – he will ask you to find three kids dressed as him and for this, you will be rewarded with the Dutchmanbob Costume.
Kid #1
Walk past The Flying Dutchman. Go right and climb up the building using a jump pad. Follow the path on the roof until you meet a fish woman NPC.
Head right and go behind the building to find the first kid.
Kid #2
Head to the Shadow Theatre checkpoint. Drop down and keep going straight until you see a short conveyor belt taking you to the right path. Take it. Follow the green line until you go past a short pipe tunnel.
After exiting the pipe, immediately turn left to find the second kid.
Kid #3
Head to the Rock Bottom Museum checkpoint. Drop down and immediately turn around – you will find the last kid behind a wall with snail paintings on it.
Return to The Flying Dutchman to receive your reward.
