Hogwarts Legacy has a lot of puzzle doors throughout Hogwarts Castle. You can open these doors by matching pictures, each representing a number.
The gist of solving the puzzles is rolling the dials near the doors until they represent the right numbers to finish the equation on the door.

The first dial for this door is to your left as you face the door. Roll this dial until it lands on the Griphorn drawing which looks like a horned creature with tentacles in its mouth.
This represents the number 2.

The second dial is to your right, next to a painting. Roll this dial until it shows a Grindylow, an apple-shaped creature with tentacles representing the number 7.
With both dials set to the correct picture, approach the door and interact with it to open it. Loot the chests in the small room to claim your rewards and you’re all done.
