How to Get Large Pots for Growing Large Plants

Before you can use pots to grow plants, you need to progress the story until you attend the Herbology class. This class will teach you everything about growing your own plants.
Additionally, you’ll need to unlock access to the Room of Requirement to be able to Conjure potting tables.
With the previous requirements met, you’ll need to obtain a Potting Table with a Large Pot.
The spellcraft recipe for the Potting Tables with Large Pots can be bought from the Tomes and Scrolls shop. This shop is located on the southern edge of Hogsmeade.
There are two tables with large pots. The cheapest one 1000 gold and has a single large pot while the more expensive one costs 3000 gold but has two large pots.

Buy whichever one you prefer. Use the Conjuration spell to build the potting table in the Room of Requirement.
Once you’re inside the Room of Requirement, place down the Potting Table with a Large Pot and start growing your large plants!
