Hogwarts Legacy features multiple side quests that players can complete. One such example is Natsai Onai’s quest line.
As part of Natsai’s questline, you will eventually be tasked with finding Isko Rabe’s wand. This is part of the “A Basis for Blackmail” quest.

How to Find Isko Rabe’s Wand

As part of the “A Basis for Blackmail” quest, you’ll be led toward a cellar full of Ashwinder wizards and witches. Shortly after entering this cellar, you’ll enter a large room full of enemies.
Exactly opposite the entrance you came through is a large central staircase. You need to go up these stairs and down a hallway as part of the “Find Natty” objective.
As for the Ashwinders, you can either sneak past them or take them head-on and defeat them, but be careful of Gwendolyn Zhou.

After you get through the enemies however you wish, follow the quest marker. You’ll enter a room and find Isko Rabe himself locked inside a cell.
Speak with Isko Rabe and he’ll task you with finding his wand. He says he’s certain the wand is in the same room, as he can feel its presence.

Approach the large table in the center of the room and cast Revelio to reveal a locked chest. Open it by rotating the gears and stop when the gears spin on their own.
Solving the puzzle and opening the chest will reward you with Isko Rabe’s wand, completing the “Find Isko’s Rabe Wand” objective.
Speak to Isko Rabe in his cell to give him the wand and continue with this quest.
