The Chamber of Secrets is an iconic location in the Harry Potter universe, being the primary subject of one of the books and movies of the mainline series.
As such, it’s no surprise that it can be found in Hogwarts Legacy.

Chamber of Secrets Location
The entrance to the Chamber of Secrets can be found pretty easily, though its location isn’t the same as it is in the books.

To reach it, first fast travel to the Lower Grand Staircase Floo Flame. Now, turn around toward the wide staircase going down.
The staircase is facing north; be sure to check the compass on your minimap if you need more direction.
Go down the stairs and turn right. Run down the narrow hallway until you come face-to-face with a suit of armor. Turn right again and continue east into a circular room.

Sadly, that’s all you can do with the Chamber of Secrets, at least currently. This is in keeping with the canon of the series, but it’s a bit of a shame that we can’t enter it.
