While exploring Hogwarts Legacy, you can sometimes encounter NPCs that will give you side quests. The Carted Away side quest is one of these, and you can obtain it by talking to a Distraught Goblin.

You can run into the Distraught Goblin, Arn, in the Lower Hogsfield south of Hogwarts. He is near the Lower Hogsfield Floo Flame, so you can easily spot him if you fast-travel there.
He will ask you to help him rescue his enchanted carts from Ranrok’s Loyalists. Your next goal is to infiltrate a Goblin camp located further south.
It will help if you have already finished the quest Flying Class to learn how to ride a Broom, as using it will help you reach the Goblin camp easily.

The Goblin Camp is filled with Ranrok’s loyalists. However, you can eliminate them quickly with a Levioso and a few basic wand attacks.
Defend yourself with Protego and perfectly timed dodge rolls, as they have unblockable attacks that can take a huge chunk of your health if you are not paying attention.

After defeating all of the Goblins, head to where the enchanted carts are locked, then open the gate.
Return to Arn and tell him the great news about his carts returning to him to complete the quest to obtain 180 XP, a Goblin-made cosmetic item, and unlock Arn as a vendor.
