The Map Chamber is one of the secret rooms that players can visit in Hogwarts Legacy, found inside Hogwarts Castle.
In this short guide, we’ll tell you how to unlock this secret room and visit it anytime you want.
How to Go to the Map Chamber
During the course of the game’s main story, you’ll eventually trigger “The Map Chamber” main quest.

As part of the quest, you’ll have to speak with Professor Fig. He’ll teleport himself and you to the Map Chamber after the conversation. This activates the nearby Floo Flame, making it easy to come back.
Simply follow Professor Fig into the circular room and down the stairs to reach The Map Chamber for the first time.

Later during the game’s story, you’ll be asked to head over to the secret room as part of the “Back on the Path” quest.

This is very easy, thanks to Professor Fig already taking you there earlier. Simply open up your map and use the Floo Flame fast travel system.
Choose “Secret Rooms” from the Floo Flame Locations list. Then choose “The Map Chamber”. Now just walk straight head through the large door to reach the room.
