Crafting items is vital to your progression in the wizarding world, and with crafting comes hours of exploration. However, you were never really brought up to speed with all the materials you’re going to need like the Stench of the Dead as you will have to do some grave robbing to acquire them.

Do not worry as the extraction of this component is completely ethical, you won’t do the robbery yourself as the Inferi will do that themselves if you get close enough.

The next question would be where to find them. Easy! Just find the nearest graveyard and they’ll be happy to accommodate you.

Hogwarts Legacy – Where to Find Stench of the Dead

Inferi is the wizarding world’s answer to zombies, every respectable fantasy setting should have one.

Harvesting resources from them shouldn’t be too much trouble as they’re too dead to care to even think about what to do with what they have.

You can find the undead by the graveyard near Keenbridge over at Hogwarts Valley.

Just head to the eastern side of the river when you get there. Ready your wand as they will quickly emerge from down under once you make your presence known.

Normal attacks won’t work on them until you cast a fire spell first.

Confringo and Incendio will work swimmingly here as they will make quick work of the shamblers right after casting. They’ll leave a hollowed-out skull for you once you lay them back to rest.

If fighting 19th-century zombies isn’t your cup of tea then head on over to J Pippin’s Potion shop over at Hogsmeade. He sells a stack for 1000 galleons so you might want to reconsider emptying your wallet for something else.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
