There are numerous quests you can find Hogwarts Legacy. Most of them will have you fighting enemies, learning new spells, and assisting fellow students or Professors.
Meanwhile, some will involve some form of investigation. One good example is The Lost Child quest.
In The Lost Child quest, you will be tasked with saving Archie Bickle from an Ashwinder outpost. The quest has a lot of steps, so completing it can take some time.

Starting the Quest

To start the quest, follow the quest marker on your map which is located just south of Hogwarts.
After starting the quest, head to Lower Hogsfield and talk to Natty beside the Floo Flame fast travel point. Keep in mind that you can only speak to her during the day.
After speaking with Natty, talk to Johanna Bickle who is standing behind Natty. You will then have to find Archie’ss hideout. Simply follow the marker on your map.
Investigate Archie’s Hideout

Once you locate his hideout, you’ll see it is empty. Investigate it and look for clues. From here, follow Natty as she will show you Archie’s trail.
You can use Revelio to show you his trail. There are wolves around the area; make sure to take care of them or avoid them completely.
Search the Area

You’ll find Archie’s bag southwest of the trail you were following. Investigate the bag and keep on following Archie’s trail using Revelio.
At the end of the trail, you’ll find a group of Ashwinders around a tent. Defeat the Ashwinders and enter the tent.
Find Archie

After ending the tent, you’ll find Archie in a cage on the lowest level on the northeast side of the tent. Unlock the cage, talk to him, and save him.
Once you’re done, simply return to Mrs. Bickle to complete the quest!
