Disney is known for its fantastical characters and otherworldly environments, and I’m pretty sure most of us spent our memories watching them.
However, we did not anticipate that Disney films would also be incorporated into video games like Kingdom Hearts and other games that have existed that have had collaborations with Disney.
But today we’re going to talk about Disney Dreamlight Valley, where in some cases it has secret quests we weren’t aware of and of course who wouldn’t get excited about that?
You’ll never know if secret quests have hidden rewards!
The Mysterious Golden Potato Quest – Disney Dreamlight Valley
The first thing you’re gonna need to do is to get your potato out of your inventory.
If you don’t have that golden potato with you all you have to do is go to your Settings first, and then go to Help, and when you see the empty box for the Redemption Code just type this code so that you’ll get the Golden Potato:

Following the use of the code to redeem the golden potato, you must proceed to Merlin’s home.
When you arrive, you’ll notice that, in the game’s recent update, there is now an open book on the table with a potato symbol on both the left and right pages and there’s actually a gray colored crystal shaped stone besides it.
We need to locate all 4 of those crystal looking stones because they are Transfiguration Stones.
To do this, you must first travel to Dazzle Beach and enter a cave that you can locate with your map.
Once you’ve entered the cave, simply descend to the second floor where you’ll find the first stone.
You can place your golden potato inside of this stone to turn it into a golden carrot.
The second place we’re going to search for one of those transfiguration stones is Elsa’s cave at Frosted Heights, which is also highlighted on your map for easier navigation.
Once inside Elsa’s Cave, you’ll find a table with one of those Transfiguration Stones on it.
You’ll need to place your golden carrot inside of it to complete the second transfiguration, after which it will transform into a golden crab.
The third stone can be located next to the Fountain at the very top of the Dream Castle. You only have to ascend all the way to the top to find it.
If you’re facing the exit on the left side, you’ll see it perched on the edge of the balcony.
After you get to that place, simply insert your golden crab to into that stone and it will transform it into a golden night thorn.
This night thorn emits strange magic, and you can see from the item description that it is almost finished with its transformation.
And since you already know Merlin’s house just go back there and insert your golden night thorn into one of the Transformation Stones.
Once that is done, you will be given a small, gold-colored potion. The final stone is actually the one that you will see on Merlin’s house right besides the open book.
