Boss battles in video games can be difficult, since they’re designed that way. They’re not your standard mook that you kill in 2 seconds, sometimes they take more than 3 seconds! To make things more interesting some bosses can have different mechanics and such when fighting them, it’s a trope in video games since the very first games way back. From having a damage phase, to weaknesses and strengths and so on, you’ll need to know these to defeat them or have a bad time! In this article we’ll show you how to defeat Krome in Limbus Company, for those who are having a tough time doing so!
Kromer Guide | Limbus Company
Kromer is a boss in Limbus Company and much like Abnormality battles you have different parts that you need to deal with. In our Abnormality Battles guide you can check it out if you don’t know what Abnormalities are, which might be a bit strange since you should know them by now at this point in the game.
Before even encountering Kromer you’ll have to take note of the many EGO gifts you can get when getting to the boss. These EGO gifts will greatly buff or debuff your Sinclair if you have him on your team. The EGOs can be found in Gate 1, Gate 3 and Echoing Screams. Be sure to get all 3 since if you have less then it’ll debuff Sinclair.
Kromer has 2 phases, in phase 1 Kromer is resistant to blunt damage while all of the damage she does is pierce and slash damage. So keep that in mind when making a team. Make sure to save your EGOs to win clashes and don’t waste them when skills are already dominating in clashes. The reason you want to win clashes all the time is because her Pierce skill can easily take out chunks of your units HP as well as staggering them.
Remember to still bring blunt damage though since in the second phase some of her parts are fatal against blunt damage. So when the second phase comes up that’s where your blunt damage units shine. Units like 000 Ishmael can work great in the second phase. The second phase is actually a bit easier than the first, since it’s like a normal abnormality battle, just remember that she will get skills that deal blunt damage.
