Disney Dreamlight Valley: Easter Event Guide

Get ready for the Easter Event with this guide.

Disney Dreamlight Valley, like most live service games, has special events that celebrate a special occasion.

The most common events that you can find in almost all of the live service games are events that celebrate real-life holidays.

There are Christmas events, Valentine’s events, New Year’s events, and Easter events. In Disney Dreamlight Valley, we get to experience an Easter Event coming this April 8, which is very exciting for Disney Dreamlight Valley players.

In this guide, we will talk about the important bits of what is going to happen in the new event.

Easter Event Guide – Disney Dreamlight Valley

What’s Happening?

When you start the game, you will notice a lot of Easter Eggs on the ground in every location of Dreamlight Valley. These Easter Eggs can be picked up and are the currency of the event.

There are other types of eggs that you can find in the event, and some of them can be harvested from bushes. However, there are reports that each area will sometimes only have 1 or 2 eggs in the area.

As the event is still scheduled for April 8 to release, it’s possible that this might be fixed when the actual event starts.

If not, then you can expect a lot of grinding. Collecting Easter Eggs can take you hours to do so since there is a possibility that only one or two eggs can be found in different areas. This means, to get more eggs, you will essentially have to do a lap around Dreamlight Valley.

However, it seems like the developers know that this may happen, and have added a way for players to farm the eggs.

Go to the Crafting Table and you should see the V-EGG-etable Seed item. This will allow you to grow plants that can drop Easter Eggs.

Bear in mind that you cannot grow Wild Spring Eggs (the blue ones) and Egg-celent Fruit (the pink ones). These can only be found in the wild. V-EGG-etable Eggs, however, can only be grown.

You also have some quests that are themed around the Easter event. These are easy to complete and won’t take you too long.

These are all worth completing as they all have rewards that are only tied to the event, so missing out on them now will mean you won’t get another chance in the future.
