When it comes to base building in Minecraft Legends, a complicated defense where you yourself get lost in the midst of everything you’ve built is just as good as any offense. Confused? Yes? Good! Then that means the strategy is working, now you have extra time to place a few towers to further discourage your enemy from advancing!

Every tower in the game serves its own purpose, and in this guide, you’ll know which tower is best to put down when dealing with an enemy swarm. The time for conquest begins now!

Minecraft Legends – Complete Guide to All Towers

There’s a total of three towers you can use for offense, all of them have good range and dish out a lot of damage toward anyone who gets too close.

The Stun Tower is the only one that’s different among all four as it only stuns enemies, making it a perfect match for the Frost Tower if you ever feel the need to maximize the amount of annoyance your enemy needs to experience.

Stun Tower

The Stun Tower is perfect if you want to keep your enemies at bay. Every time the bell rings it sends out a shockwave that knocks back an approaching army and also leaves them stunned for a few seconds, allowing other towers to follow up with an attack to whittle them down further.

This one will cost 600 stone and 400 redstone to build, along with one Improvement.

Frost Tower

Another good addition to the Stun Tower, this one will send a massive projectile to your enemies that deal with a good amount of AOE. It also freezes anything on impact, buying enough time for your other towers to remove more targets off the map.

Unfortunately, the Frost Tower can be the most vulnerable amongst all four due to its excessively long cooldown so build some walls and Scatter Towers to give it a little bit of extra protection in between shots!

Blast Tower

The Blast Tower is perfect for enemies that are clumped up together, it only takes one good hit for it to wipe out a good chunk of anyone approaching. It can stand well enough on its own but it would be better if you have a few Scatter Towers just in case somebody gets too close.

You’ll need 600 stones and 400 diamonds along with an Improvement to get it up and running so you might want to have this up last.

Protector Tower

If your enemies are throwing rocks at you then the best response is to throw some back as well! Or better yet, use the Protector Tower to keep hostile towers in check as you make your advance.

The resources required are far more forgiving compared to the rest as you only need 450 stone and 200 iron for it to pop out of the ground, and you don’t even need an Improvement for it!

Those are the towers you can use in the campaign and in PvP, use your resources sparingly as towers don’t really last that long outside of the campaign. Now that you know about what abilities they have go out there and cause some mayhem!

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
