Microtransactions. This feature in games is a hated feature that the majority of gamers have publicly scrutinized, yet still remains a staple of modern gaming. If you are old enough to be alive back in the early 2010s and be conscious, microtransactions were seeping their way into triple AAA gaming.
One point in time when a game was so publicly hated was Dead Space 3. Not only because it was a bad game, but it also had microtransactions. This resulted in EA implementing more in their games. Now the question here is: does Minecraft Legends have it?

Can You Win in Minecraft Legends Just By Paying?
Right now, Minecraft Legends has a marketplace where you can get skins for your character. Cosmetics are the only thing available in the marketplace, and these do not affect the gameplay at all.
Yes, you can look cooler, but gameplay-wise, there is no difference between playing with the default skin and playing with a paid skin.
However, a lot of people are voicing their distaste for having to pay for skins anyway, saying that they should be in the game without having to pay extra.
Some have even said that the game will only have cosmetics now, but they might soon implement more features in the marketplace that turns the game pay to win.
But those are all hearsay for now since the marketplace only has cosmetics.
