Purchase Blueprints from Kai the Trader
Kai the trader, as previously mentioned in our Tactical Pistol guide, has an assortment of goods that you can trade him for.
One of those is the blueprints for the Rifle Rounds.
Once you purchase the blueprint, you can then use the Workbench to then craft the bullets you need. You won’t be able to craft them while out in the game, so you better make sure that you craft as many as you need.
