In order to open Officer Wilson’s Luggage, you will need to find Officer Wilson first. He can be found here on the map.
Officer Wilson will be in protective gear, so guns will not be of any use. Instead, use powerful melee weapons to make quick work of Officer Wilson.
Once he’s dead and gone for good, you can pick up the Mall Cop’s Luggage Key.
Officer Wilson’s Luggage
Once you have Officer Wilson’s key, head back to the hotel and go inside the survivor base there. There is a room with a blue luggage bag.
When you approach it, you will find out that this belongs to Officer Wilson. Use the key and open the bag to get your prize.
