Roots of Pacha: How to Get Rid of Your Pet

In Roots of Pacha you can have a pet in the game and some of them can be quite useful. Not all pets are made equal though and some of them can be more useful than others. Sure, a rabbit is cute, but it won’t make you go around the place faster. Same as the spider and sadly the Mammoth, why can’t your ride the Mammoth!?

Anyway, if you want to change your pet and only have one slot for them, then you’ll need to get rid of your current one until you’re able to upgrade certain stuff and progress more in the game. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get rid of that pet so you can get a new one, that is hopefully better for you. Now let’s see how to get rid of these critters!

How to Get Rid of Your Pet

At one point in Roots of Pacha, you might get a pet. There are many reasons why you want to get rid of a pet, from getting the wrong one to just not liking pets in general. You can only have one pet at the early parts of the game so you might want to make that one slot count! Luckily for you getting rid of your pet is easy!

Here are steps on how you can get rid of your pet/s or release them in Roots of Pacha:

• Interact with your pet and Inspecting it;
• Select the Options Button;
• Select the Release Button;
• Watch your Pet disappear!

When you’re going through Roots of Pacha you’ll get a pet at one point. If you don’t like your pet or want to replace it then you’ll need to release your pet first. To do so is simple, first you’ll need to go to your pet, interact with it and select Inspect.

This will show you the information window of your pet, at the bottom is the Options menu, select that. You’ll then have the option to either rename your pet or release it. If you pick Release, you’ll get a window that asks if you’re sure.

Once you’ve made sure you want to release the pet it will close the window and your pet will disappear! Now you can get another pet if you want one!

That’s how you get rid of your pet in Roots of Pacha. Later on, the game you’ll get a chance to upgrade your house to get more pet slots and even different pets.
