Roots of Pacha: How to Build Your Own House

Unlike other survival games where houses are used for protection and safety, houses in Roots of Pacha have more decorative elements to it. In this game, it’s all about creating a house that is uniquely yours, and has a sense of belonging. In this guide, you will provide you with information on how you can build your own house.

Building Your Own House

In order to build your own house in Roots of Pacha, you will need to go to the Builder’s Location in the Clan Village. This builder is called Croll. He is located South East to the Clan Village center.

When to get to the location, start a conversation with Croll to open up the build menu. Then, you can find out what needs to be done in order for you to start building a house.

When the build menu pops up, you can choose a range of buildings to construct. In the image down below, you can see that you are able to build a small hut. The materials required to build a small hut are Woods (25), Stones (10), Plant Fibers (25) and 250 Contribution Points.

In order to find the required items, you can obtain Wood from chopping trees, Stones from breaking rocks in caves, plant fibers from planting and contribution points from completing tasks and quests or through the Contribution Bin located to the north of the bonfire in the village.

You can see that in order for your house to be built, you have to wait for a number of two days. While you wait, however, you can choose the spot for where your house is going to be located in the Village. When you choose your location, consider many other factors. For example, how close is it to go from your house to the town center, or to the forest, the nearby towns or any farming areas.

Next, you will need to remain patient and wait for another two days for Scroll to finish building your new house. To keep you occupied while waiting, you can go gather some materials, take care of your field plants, go cave exploring or hang out with the NPCs in the Village.

After your hut is built, you can go inside it and see how it looks! Walk into the hut to see how it looks from the inside.

It is quite empty as it is newly built and will require you to decorate it with some furniture. You can be as creative as you want with the decorations, the game doesn’t really have any limits on how you want to decorate.

Decorating Your Own House

Now that you’ve got your own house, your next question will probably be: How do I add things to it?. In this section, we are going to give you the information you need to get decorations for your warmth shelter.

Purchasing Furniture From Reese at the Artist’s Hut.

The Artist’s Hut is located to the right of Croll’s Hut. You can take a look at the image down below to see how it looks. The hut has lots of decorative elements to it, with lots of colors, drawings and shapes. Enter this artistic looking building to find Reese.

When you walk into the Artist’s Hut, you will be able to find Reese. Next, you want to interact with her and choose the “Exchange” option. Then, the furniture menu will pop up and you can choose the furniture you want to buy for your home.

There is a wide range of furniture you can choose from, such as seats, tables, lights, and other decorations. Below is one of the things that you can choose from. That cat chair is adorable, isn’t it?

To purchase those furniture, you will need a number of contribution points. Therefore, the best thing that you can do while waiting for your house to be built, is to farm contribution points. When the construction process is done, you will have the points to buy your favorite pieces of decoration for your new house.
