Tears of the Kingdom has a lot of Zonai devices to offer for the players. The game has 4 emitter devices. The Flame Emitter, Ice Emitter, Shock Emitter, and the Beam Emitter. However, the most powerful among the four devices is the Beam emitter. If you have seen the beam cannon of Iron Man, this is more concentrated and can do more damage.
In this article, we will focus on how the Beam Emitter works and how you can obtain the device. You can attach this device like any other on the vehicles you make to make it battle ready and not just for transportation. Handle this device with caution. With a powerful device like this. It should not be put in the wrong hands. With great power comes great responsibility!
Portable Beam Emitter Location
Like all the Zonai devices, the Beam Emitter is acquired by using the Zonai Device Dispenser. Found throughout the Sky Islands. Each region has different floating islands. Therefore, each island possesses a dispenser, and those dispensers contain different devices. Each dispenser found on an island is different from one another. You have a lot of options to choose from.
Here are the list of all the Device Dispenser that contains the Beam Emitter including the map coordinates:
- The first dispenser is located in the sky islands of Lanayru Great Spring. The device dispenser is found near the Jirutagumac Shrine. But, in order to reach the sky islands. You need to go to the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower. Use the tower to launch yourself to the sky and glide your way to the island. Once you’re there, you can proceed to the dispenser. The coordinates of the location is 2913, 0510, 0951.
- Next location is still located on the same archipelago of sky islands. But this time it is in the same island as the Sihajog Shrine. The shrine is found on Valor island. To reach that area you need to use the launch pad of Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and use your glider to reach the island. Here is the coordinates of the location: 4505, -0811, 1117
- For our third dispenser, it is on a different region. Go to East Gerudo Highlands sky archipelago. Located the Rakashog Shrine and within that island you will find the dispenser. But, to reach the exact location, of course you need to use the Gerudo Desert Skyview Tower. Here is the coordinates of the location: –1777, -2027, 1148
- Lastly, the final location for the dispenser is located in East Necluda sky. Specifically on the island of Yansamin Shrine. In order to reach the shrine. First, go inside the Zonite Forge Island. Go to the base to activiate the Fans in there. The fans will give you a boost to reach the sky islands. The coordinates of the floating island is 2326, -1726, 1485.
To use the Device Dispenser is very simple. Just equip 5 Zonai Charges in your hands and interact with the dispenser. Then it will release a bunch of devices for you to collect. Reminder though, the drop is random and might take you a few tries to get what you came for.
What Is A Beam Emitter?
The Beam Emitter is a Zonai device that can do devastating damage if used properly. It shoots a straight laser beam that does damage over time. This is ideal to use on a single target. You can attach it to any vehicle if you want to convert your ride into a war machine. What the Beam Emitter looks like is the head of a horse or unicorn. The beam comes out of the pointy end on the head of the emitter. I will show you how to acquire this device and include the coordinates for better map navigation. Let’s begin!
How it Works
The functionality of the device is simple. It will produce a beam of light in a straight line. A beam of light soo concentrated, it can damage anything in its path. This is perfect for a punch of stopping power for your enemies that dares to get in front of the Beam Emitter.
Of course, it can also be attached to your vehicle of choice. Using the Ultrahand ability, you can attach it to any part of the vehicle. I suggest you use this on land vehicles where all the fighting happens. Otherwise, it is useless to use on air transportation anyway.
- Land Vehicles – The Beam Emitter works best for land vehicles attaching it on the front.
- By hand – Link can carry the Beam Emitter by using Ultrahand ability to lift it on the ground as it shoots.
In conclusion, the Beam Emitter is everyone’s favorite it terms of giving the enemies the worst day of their lives. The high damage output and long range capabilities make it ideal for killing enemies from afar. Just like a sniper rifle but can do more damage overtime. Just be sure to carry enough battery for this device.
