To get the Weed Chopper 5000, you will need to complete the Weed Wrangling quest. This quest can be found in Big Butte County. Talk to Mr. Green to start the quest.
The goal of the quest is simple. All you need to do is to use the Weed Chopper 5000 to get rid of the weeds. There is no time limit on this quest, so you don’t have to rush yourself to complete it as fast as you can. I do recommend that you start from the weeds that are on the edge.
