Koltin, a vendor in the Akkala region in Tears of The Kingdom, accepts Bubbul Gems as payment for items. These gems can be obtained by defeating Bubbul Frogs. In this guide, we will show you the location of one in Thundra Plateau Cave!
Bubbul Frog Location in Thundra Plateau Cave
The Bubbul Frog is in a cave located at Thundra Plateau in the coordinates (-2198, 0929, 0111) as seen in the map below.
However, to open the cave you need to connect the shadows of the South Pillar and the North Pillar. You can do this by chopping up four to five trees.
Once chopped, you need to attach the tree logs together using your Ultrahand ability.
After attaching the logs together, grab them by using the ultrahand ability and put it just in front of the South Pillar.
If it is noon in your ingame time the cave would automatically open. If not however, you can build a fire by lighting up wood and sit by it until noon.
The Bubbul Frog is just hidden behind some rocks inside the cave. Destroy this by using an arrow attached with a bomb flower then ascend to this hole above the cave.
Just attack the frog and obtain the precious Bubbul Gem!
