In Chapter 1 – Mission 2: Mountain Batteries in the game Warhammer 40K Boltgun, there are a number of Secrets you can start finding. These secrets will give you amazing damage buffs, ammo, health, unique grenades and other useful effects. In this guide, we will provide you with instructions on how you can find all 6 Secrets!
All Secrets Chapter 1 Mission 2
Secret #1 – Full Contempt
In order to find the first one, from the start area, walk to your right.
As you walk, there will be a cave entrance located to your right. Walk into it to keep going deeper.
Next, climb up the stone wall and jump over to reach the higher platform.
Do not worry if you fail to make your jump in your first attempt, you can always go back and keep trying!
After that, defeat any enemies that can be in your way and walk out of the room. Then, walk to the end of the high platform and jump off of it.
Once you’ve jumped off, keep walking forward and you will reach the next destination.
Keep walking until you see a building to your left. Simply make your turn and go inside the building.
Once you have defeated all enemies in the building, walk on top of the next floor inside the building. You will be able to spot a key.
You can go deeper by using this key to go on the higher floor.
Next, defeat the enemy guarding the top floor and jump off of the building taking the window to your left. See the image down below.
Next, you will be able to see a device to your right, in front of some castle walls. Interact with it to open the door!
Once you have opened the entrance, keep walking forward into the area. There are always enemies lurking in these areas, so be prepared!
After defeating all enemies, you will be able to find your first Secret. This will give you +106 Contempt.
Secret #2 – Munitions Boon
From the area where you obtained your first Secret, move out of the area. Next, keep going straight and walk through the stone curve.
Then, make a right turn and continue progressing.
As you walk to the end of the road, turn left. There will be a path to your left that leads to a lower area, so take that path.
Next, keep walking and climb to the area we marked in the image down for you. There are some enemies there so you can try to reduce their numbers by shooting from this far distance. You can climb on top of it by taking the stairs to your left.
Once you have made your way on top, you will be able to see some enemies guarding the area. Simply defeat them and you will be able to continue progressing.
After that, you will need to do some climbing and jumping. Climb to the top of the snowy mountain peak. Then, make your jump to the higher platform. It will take a long way back if you fail to make the jump, so always be careful! This is not hard to do, it only requires you to be careful when making jumps.
Once you have made your jump to the platform, there will be a ‘Munitions Boon Lock and Load!’ Secret in front of you!
Secret #3 – Machine Spirit
After you have obtained the second Secret, look to your left and make your jump downwards.
After you have jumped down, look to your left. There will be an entrance that leads into the building. Interact with the device in front of it so it opens up the way in for you.
Defeat any enemies you may see inside and you will be able to obtain your next Secret: ‘Machine Spirit, Praise The Onnisiah!’. This one is quite easy to find!
Secret #4 – Vortex Grenade
In front of you, there is a mossy green wall. You will want to interact with it to activate the wall. This will open up the door and give you the next Secret.
Congratulations, you have found your next Secret! This is the Vortex Grenade, maybe this can be useful for fights as you progress later on.
Secret #5 – Aura of Doom
After you have obtained your fourth Secret, you will want to walk out of the building. Then, after you left the building, make a turn to your left.
After turning left and walking to the end of the area, look to your right. You can see that there is a small glowing red device that we have marked for you. For your next step, you will want to shoot it to break it.
Then, after you break it, turn around and walk forward. After that, turn left to go to the location of the next device.
After you walk to the end, turn left again and follow along the path. You will be able to spot another glowing red device which you need to break.
After breaking it, turn to your right and keep heading deeper into the area. We have marked the way you need to go in the image down below.
Once you have walked further to the end. You will be able to see a building that has the next Secret – the Aura of Doom – which gives you a Mega Damage buff for 30 seconds.
Secret #6 – Kraken Boltgun Magazine
From where you obtained your fifth Secret, make your way back to the original location. Once you see the snowy area, you will want to head towards that biome.
Keep going forward until you see that high area, you can reach that area by climbing using the stairs on the left side.
Once you have made your way to the top, turn left and keep following the path.
This will be a long way so keep progressing until you see two paths that you can choose from. In this case, take the path to your left.
Keep following along the path, and you will arrive at the destination shown in the image down below. After that, follow the direction that we have drawn out for you.
Keep following along the path and you will get there soon!
This is a very long way, you may need to cross multiple biomes so do not worry about getting lost. You only need to follow the path and you should be good.
Once you have arrived at the snowy biome, keep walking until you see a wooden platform.
Jump on top of the wooden platform for the last Secret which is a Kraken Boltgun Magazine!
You have obtained all 6 Secrets in Chapter 1 Mission 2 of Warhammer 40k Boltgun! This is a challenging mission to do since there are multiple enemies for you to defeat. To emerge victorious, you will need to know how to position yourself against your enemies, manage your health and ammo.
