Warhammer 40k Boltgun: All Secrets Chapter 2 Mission 8

There’s a lot of purging to do for the Emperor and we must not make him wait! The purging of the xenos, the demon and the heretic is a millennium late and we must be vigilant. Still when going through the levels of Warhammer 40k: Boltgun at breakneck speed you might miss a few secrets here and there. These secrets can help you in purging the enemies.

In this guide, we’ll show you all of the secrets in Mission 8 of Chapter 2 in the game. Now grab you bolter and reload it because there’s enemies in the way!

All Secrets Chapter 2 Mission 8

There are a lot of secrets hidden in every level of this game. If haven’t gotten all of the secrets on the previous mission, then don’t worry about here. Go check out our guide on all the secrets in Mission 7 for more details! Now let’s see where these secrets are.

Secret #1 – Vengeance Boltgun Magazine

The first secret on the list requires you to progress through the level until you reach the area with the lasers that go up and down. Be careful since there’s enemies on either side of the room that will shoot at you.

Make your way through the lasers and go to the right side of the room.

There you’ll find a doorway that leads to where the enemies are shooting you from the right side. It’s a long narrow hallway, go inside.

At the very end of the hallway is the next secret which is a Vengeance Bolter Magazine!

Secret #2 – Assault Doctrine

From the previous secret just go out of the hallway and continue up the ramp.

There on top of the ramp is a room where enemies shoot down at you. At the middle is a not so hidden secret the Assault Doctrine!

Secret #3 – Machine Spirit

The next secret is not far off again, from the Assault doctrine go look at the left side of the room. Jump up to that ledge where there used to be enemies. You’ll find a secret wall that you’ll need to interact with to open.

Once it opens it’ll reveal the next secret: the blessing of the Machine Spirit! Make sure to equip the weapon you want to upgrade before getting it!

Secret #4 – Munitions Boon

For this next one I highly suggest you save before jumping in. After the area with the Assault Doctrine secret is a place where you can jump down to. The place is filled with Nurgle demons and the ceiling will slowly go down.

Go through the area as fast as possible, I didn’t really bother killing all the demons here and just jumped over them. Jump over the Plague toad and run through.

When you see the area where the blue key is, to the right is where you’ll want to go.

Follow the path there keeping an eye to the left and there you’ll find the next secret: A Munitions Boon! Now get out of there as fast as possible or be an Astartes Sandwich!

Secret #5 – Vortex Grenade

For the next secret you’ll have to progress through the level until you reach the area with the jump packs. Jump down the first ‘castle’ and continue jumping till the third.

Once you reach the third you’ll use the Jump pack to jump into a pillar with a platform.

When on that platform use the jump pack to the right instead of the left. This will send you to the platform with the secret.

That secret being a Vortex Grenade!

Secret #6 – Kraken Boltgun Magazine

Continue through the area using the Jump packs until you jump to the very end of the open area. To the left is a ledge you can jump on to get to the secret.

That is the last secret of the level, the Kraken Boltgun Magazine! You’re going to need to use that for the next area ahead so good luck!
