When you’re visiting a grotto, you probably do it to hunt frogs. In Tears of the Kingdom, the frog hunt continues as you search high and low (mostly low) for more Bubbul Gems. There’s plenty of them scattered throughout Hyrule so you have a lot of work to do.
The difficulty starts to present itself however, when you go deeper into the caves. Thankfully this isn’t a horror game so you don’t have to worry much about the tight corners. Still, you want to be out of this place as fast as possible so read the guide to grow your gem collection even further!
Uirla Grotto South Cave Bubbul Frog Location
The Ulria Grotto can be found northeast of Miphia Court, this is where you talk to Sidon while doing the Clues to the Sky quest. The frog can be found in the back side of the Ulria Grotto Cave. Once you find the entrance, head south while running past the Stone Talus. Here are the coordinates for the mouth of the cave in case you get lose (4121, 0660, 0189).
Go all the way in when you find the cave entrance. At the end your path should be blocked by some rocks. You can easily get rid of these rocks just by simply fusing a rock with your weapon or attaching a bomb flower to your bow. A Stone Talus will be waiting for you in the next room, but he’s not what you’re after.
Make a left turn and bust open the rocks that are blocking your way again. There’s a bomb flower conveniently placed behind the rocks, just in case you don’t want to damage your weapon that much.
Once you’re in the new room, look up. The frog is just hanging around the ceiling and can be found on the northeast side of the room. Knock him off with an arrow and boom, one more bubbul gem to add to your collection.
