There’s a lot of cool items and gear that you can find in Diablo 4 that can help you with mowing down the hordes of enemies. There’s weapons and armor that give big bonuses to certain stats or damage and can be great for specific builds. That’s why you’ll need to know where to find these unique weapons so you can get them!
In this guide, we’ll show you where to find the Haunted Crossbow and what enemy you’ll be facing to get it! Now get your character ready for a fairly easy fight ahead!
Haunted Crossbow Location
The Haunted Crossbow can be found in the region of Hawezar which is south of Kyovashad. The sub-region is called the Dismal foothills and you’ll want to go to the west of the Wejinhani Waypoint. There you can find the named mob that drops the Haunted Crossbow.
The named enemy is called Renn Dayne and when you fight this enemy and defeat it, another enemy will appear. This enemy is a ghost called Claudia Dayne and you’ll need to defeat that too to finally get them to drop the loot. The loot is the Haunted Crossbow, a weapon which mainly increases Vulnerable damage.
When you get to Dismal Foothills and head west from Wejinhani waypoint you’ll be in the Spiteful Rise area. From there just stick to the western wall until you find the slight incline that leads to Renn Dayne. You can use the image below as a reference.
Like all enemies in this game the difficulty of this fight scales on your World Tier. It’s not that hard of a fight though since Renn Dayne doesn’t summon any minions nor are there any around him. Renn Dayne is a crossbow wielding enemy and the enemy after him, Claudia Dayne, wields a sword.
