A Place For Joy is a quest given to you by Olaf which will have you craft something so grand and big that will really spread out a lot of joy for all the Disney characters in your Dreamlight Valley.

In this guide, we shall show you how to complete this quest with a few simple steps. Let’s get started.

Disney Dreamlight Valley – A Place For Joy Quest Guide

You shall start off by talking to some NPCs that will be marked for you on the map. They will mostly be Olaf and a couple of others.

Once you pass the initial talking you will actually start out with the real tasks.

Gather Some Gifts For The Villagers

There will be quite a list of items that you need to collect for the villagers and these items are scattered all over the place.

Here we shall present you with each of their locations and how you can find them.

  • Salmon – you shall need to take your fishing rod and head to Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights
  • Red Bromeliad – you can find this red flower inside the Sunlit Plateau. It is literally all over the place in the map region
  • Blue Passion Lily – this flower is blue and inside the Frosted Heights
  • White Passion Lily – this flower is white and also can be found inside the Frosted Heights just next to the forest and trees

Talking Tasks

Once you have collected all of these items you need to head toward Olaf and give all of them to him. He will start running around happily and give the gifts to his mother.

After that, you will need to be following him one more time and give some flowers to Scar on behalf of Olaf. Also, open up the map to be able to find his icon and just start heading in that general direction.

After this just meet Olaf on a bridge inside the map region by the name of Sunlit Plateau. He will actually take you there so you just need to follow him.

Gather Materials

After the bridge meeting, you will need to gather another set of things for Olaf.

These are all of them and how you can find them:

  • Softwood – you can find it literally in every biome next to trees
  • Iron Ingot – you can find the iron ores on hills and mountains basically in every biome except the main one with the castle
  • Rope – you need to craft it on the crafting station by using Fiber which is made from Seaweed
  • Curtain – talk to Minnie about the curtains. Open the map and look for her icon

Craft The Stage

Once you have collected all of the items, you will need to craft a stage by using a crafting station. Those are all the things that you need to collect first.

Once you have it, simply return it to Olaf and the quest will be complete. Congratulations!

We hope that this guide has helped you out with what needed to be done in order to complete A Place for Joy Quest. Have fun doing it yourself!
