Genshin Impact’s new update 5.5 has brought a whole range of content to the Natlan region. This includes the new areas of Atocpan and the Ancient Sacred Mountain. As a result, many players are exploring the area, trying to unlock all the waypoints. But there are two waypoints that are actually hidden, which are giving players a lot of trouble. All Hidden Teleport Waypoints in Atocpan & Ancient Sacred Mountain
There are two hidden teleport waypoints that you can find in the Atocpan and Ancient Sacred Mountain of Genshin Impact. If you’re trying to get all of the 38 waypoints on the map, you’ll also need to find these.
Hidden Waypoint #1 – Atocpan South West Island Teleport Location
Starting off, for this teleport waypoint, you’ll need to teleport to the Skyfire Circlet waypoint located to the South West side of the Atocpan region. The location is shown below.
At this waypoint, you should be able to see a Qucusaurus that you can transform into. It should be sitting near the peak.
Once you’ve transformed into the Qucusaurus, your goal is to glide towards the small island situated to the South West of the Atocpan region. The direction you want to be flying towards is shown in the image below.
The gliding will take a while, so you’re certainly in for a ride. After some time, you should be able to make out the island in the distance while gliding.
Eventually, you should start gliding towards the North side of the island. Here, you’ll be able to find the first hidden waypoint. Keep in mind that you can also use a Mechanical Dragon situated near the shore to ride to this island, which is the intended way.
But we found this way to be much easier!
Hidden Waypoint #2 – Ancient Mountain Path
For the next hidden waypoint, make your way to the East side of the Atocpan region. The specific waypoint you want to teleport to is shown below. The custom waypoint shows the location you want to head to.
When you arrive here, you should see a Mechanical Dragon in the lava alongside some enemies. Your goal is to free this Dragon.
You can do this by using your ability near the Dragon. This will wake it up and it will start flying in the air.
Eventually, it will fly towards the side of the mountain and break it. This will reveal an opening that you can now fly into. You can also ride the Dragon and it will take you directly down the path.
When the dragon finally stops, glide down further into the Ancient Mountain Path. You should be able to find the hidden waypoint near some lava. Interact with it and you’ll have unlocked the waypoint for this area.
