When playing Disney Dreamlight Valley you will be meeting with Frozen characters. They are very interesting quest lines but they might come difficult at times. In this guide, we will be talking about An Icy Invitation Quest and how you can complete it. Let’s get started.

Disney Dreamlight Valley – An Icy Invitation Quest Guide

First of all, as your first objective of this quest you will have to go looking for the right and proper book. This book will be hidden inside a house which you will need to track down and locate in Anna’s House. You can enter her house since it is unlocked easily.

Once inside you will need to take a left and follow the hallway. Then on the right side of this hallway you’ll notice a small table with a Glowing Book on it. This is the book that you’re looking for.

Once you have it you will go next to Anna and talk to her to turn in the quest.  Then when you go outside the house you will need to collect these materials:

  • Softwood
  • Hardwood
  • Iron Ingot
  • Tinkering Parts

You can get Softwood pretty easily. Walk around forest and trees areas and just look under the trees. You won’t need an axe to go chopping down trees or anything of that sort. Just look for them on the ground and you’ll find a lot of them.

The Hardwood is pretty much the same. You will go around certain trees and you’ll see a darker type of wood color than of the softwood. This will be the Hardwood that you’ll need to collect.

You can find both of these items in the Forest of Valour.

To get Iron Ingots you will need also to go around the Forest of Valor. Also, you can go into the Sunlit Plateau and the Glade of Trust. They are ores that you’ll need to go looking around for in order to mine them with your pickaxe. You will need a total of 25 Iron Ores so keep that in mind.

To make the Tinkering Parts you will need to actually get 2 or more Iron Ingots first. That is how you can craft them together to create this item that you’ll need. So you’ll need 6 of them meaning that the Iron Ingot number is higher as well.

You will use these resources to actually craft a Shovel Blade. This is the item that you’ll need to use in order to get the tree stump out of the ground. You’ll need it in the quest.

You can find the tree stumps on the bridge where you took the quest. They will be marked on your map as well. Once you get next to them you will take out your shovel and proceed to dig it out.

There will be a total of 3 ones to take care of. Once you take them all out you will complete the quest after you take the letter to Elsa. Congratulations!

We hope that this guide was helpful to you and helped you complete the Icy Invitation Quest. Good luck!
