Complete Beginner’s Guide
Since Anime Royale is a new game, you might struggle with understanding its features. The game has a lot of things to offer, and we are going to try to cover everything for you. The very first thing you need to do in this game is to get yourself a unit. So, let’s start with that one and proceed to other things.
Summoning a Unit
Right now, there are 30 units you can get in Anime Royale. When you begin the game, you will have 500 gems. In order to be able to summon a unit, you will need to pay 50 gems. If you have a VIP game pass, this amount will be 40 gems instead.
The summon area is in the lobby where players can obtain powerful characters to help them complete levels. It is located to the left of the Story area. Before summoning a unit, please keep in mind that not all Mythics are ideal. If you have saved up gems, it is best to find a showcase of a unit before attempting to spin it on the unit banner.
Every hour, the banner will be rekindled with three rare, one epic, legendary, and mythic units. When the banner is refreshed, there is a 50/50 probability that the units remain the same.
When summoning you will build up Pity, with each summon you will accumulate 2% Legendary, 2500 gems (2000 with VIP game pass), and 0.25% Mythic Pity, 20k gems (16k with VIP). Accumulating 100% Pity will grant you a guaranteed unit from the corresponding rarity.
Pulling a Legendary or Mythic character at any stage during summoning will reset the associated Pity to 0. Pity will carry over to the next banner you will encounter.

Leveling Up
Once you get that legendary and once you start pushing, you are going to pretty much make quick work of the easy mode story, and then you are going to be able to go do the story again on normal.
Normal is going to be much more difficult. At this point, you are going to start needing unit levels. You’re going to start needing to level up your units, that way they can combat the strong waves.
Once you have enough units and your deck is ready, you can start leveling up your units. You are going to need to complete the story mode in the game. As you complete the story mode, you will earn gems as well.
Farming Gems
You can find the Story Mode next to the summoning portal. The first difficulty you will need to beat is easy, after that, you will move on to normal mode, and hard mode. Other than gems, completing these story modes will also give you essential items like topaz and beans. These items will be required to level up your units.
At the moment, you can level up your units to a maximum of 60 levels. You have to grind through the story and other game modes in order to do this. This is critical since the following stage of the game demands you to have a powerful deck.
Therefore, we advise you to accumulate your gems and use them to get yourself strong units. Goku Black or Itachi are two of the best units you can get, so try to go for them. Having those units in your deck will make your game much easier. You can also try evolving your units to raise their level cap to 85 while also increasing their damage and other stats.
Raids
Along with the story mode, you can also play raids to get yourself some experience points and farm essential items in Anime Royale. However, you need to keep in mind that raids are a lot more difficult than the story modes, so try to befriend other players and get help from them while completing raids.
Since raids are pretty difficult to complete, it is also important to have a good deck before moving onto them. Try to roll for powerful units, equip them with good traits, and then proceed to raids.
