How to Defeat Gyutaro with Cheese

Gyutaro boss in Anime Saga

The best solution to counter Gyutaro’s skill is to equip yourself with units that have i-frames. For those who are unaware, i-frames or invincibility frames are the point when your character is in mid-animation and they cannot be damaged or disrupted once the action starts. Generally, they can keep your units safe for some time, leaving you an opportunity to fight back.

Units with i-frames as of the most recent update of the game are:

  • Vogita
  • Agony
  • Nezu

Pick either one of these to take you into battle, and choose your main DPS as well. When fighting Gyutaro, you will have to time your abilities (the ones with i-frames) in order to counter his skill. If you do it perfectly, he will be stunned. This leaves you the opportunity to rack up as many attacks as you can with your main damage dealer! Keep doing this until you successfully take him down.
