Anime Vanguards places a special emphasis on summons, with your main goal being to get the best units possible. To be able to get the best units, you’ll need to constantly be getting gems to purchase more summons. This can be a bit difficult if you’re just starting out with the game.
So, in this guide, we’ll show you the best methods to earn gems in the early game. We strongly recommend you utilize these so that you can get your hands on the best units. Without further delay, let’s dive in!
Best Early Methods To Earn Gems
There are multiple methods that you can use to earn gems. We recommend that you utilize all of them consistently to get the best results possible in Anime Vanguards.

Codes
When you load into the Anime Vanguards, you’ll want to get as good of a head start as possible. After all, you need gems to actually start pulling summons that you can use in the game.
This is where you can use Codes to get some free gems right off the bat. Here are the codes that you can use at the moment:
- RELEASE
- DELAY
Keep in mind that these codes are case sensitive. So be sure to type the codes as you see them with capital letters.
Daily Login
The next thing you can do is get your daily rewards. You get rewards each day for logging in to the game everyday which includes a lot of free gems.
The first few daily rewards are really beneficial if you’re just starting out as you can use them for summons.
Achievements
There is an Achievements tab where you can complete all sorts of tasks. As you play the game you’ll start to complete quite a few achievements. After that, you can claim rewards which allow you to get free gems.
Quite a few achievements are related to collecting units. Since you’ll already be summoning units, you might be able to get some of these achievements early on.
In this way, you can make around 1000-2000 Gems for each chapter when you play the story mode.
AFK Time Chamber
Another great way to make gems, especially when you can’t play the game is the Time Chamber. You can put your character here and you’ll passively get gems.
Here is a breakdown of the rates at which you get Gems in the Time Chmaber:
- 10 Gems every 2 minutes
- 20 Gems every 2 minutes if you have the VIP Game Pass
- 30 Gems every 2 minutes if you have the VIP Game Pass and Roblox Premium.
In this way, you can get 300-900 Gems per hour while you’re AFK in Anime Vanguards.
Collector
There is a Collector NPC that you can interact with in the lobby. This NPC will keep tabs on all the units that you collect. When you collect new units, you’ll be able to claim free gems.
At the beginning, all the units you’ll collect will mostly be new. So, you can generate a lot of free gems this way.
Like + Group Reward
This is another easy way to make gems in Anime Vanguards. All you need to do is to join the Anime Vanguards group and you’ll be able to claim a lot of gems.
You can find the marker for claiming your rewards in the middle of the lobby.
Level Milestones
As you play through the Story mode of Anime Vanguards, you’ll begin to level up. When you reach level 5 and above, make sure to visit the Level Milestones NPC in the lobby.
This NPC will give you rewards for every 5 levels you reach. You can claim these rewards every time you reach the target levels, so it will give you a reason to grind.
Enemy Index
By playing the story mode, you’ll also start to face new enemies. There is actually an Enemy Index NPC that keeps track of all the enemies you face in the story mode area.
By discovering new enemies, you’ll also be able to claim gems from him as a reward. This is a great bonus for new players to Anime Vanguards.
Story Mode
The next obvious way of getting gems in Anime Vanguards is by completing the story mode. It works well for early players because you get additional 80 Gems for completing each stage for the first time on top of the normal rewards.
Additionally, completing a stage for the nightmare difficulty for the first time will allow you to get an additional 160 Gems.
So, in total, you can get 240 Gems with this method for each stage.
Eventually, when you have obtained enough Mythic units, you can start to go for the Infinite Modes. To know the best units in the game, check out our best units tier list.
With these modes, you can get around 1.4k Gems per hour. Keep in mind though that infinite modes will not give you experience, which means they won’t help you with your level milestones.
You can also try out Paragon mode eventually. When you beat a level, the difficulty increases slightly for the next level, but so do the gem rewards. After level 5, you can get a lot of gems which continue to increase.
Completing Paragon levels will also give you Achievements, which means additional gem rewards.
Battle Pass
The battle pass is also a great way to get gems in Anime Vanguards. The battle pass consists of free and premium pass paths.
Even if you do not plan to buy the pass, you can still claim the rewards in the free pass path. By defeating enemies, you get more points. So, by playing more you’ll be able to get more rewards from the battle pass.
For free pass players, you can get 250 gems per level when you unlock a gem reward.
If you do have the option to get the premium pass, you can make even more gems. On top of the already free gems, you can also get 1000 gems per level when you unlock a gem reward.
In this way, you can get a lot of value out of the premium pass, although it will cost you Robux.
Quests
The final way of earning gems in the game is by completing your daily and weekly quests. You can access these quests by clicking on the quests tab.
You can earn a significant amount of gems daily and weekly, and we strongly suggest you target completing them.
