Want to add Saber Alter to your collection in Anime Vanguards? Well, you’re in the right place! In this guide, I’ll walk you through the fastest and easiest way to unlock her. Whether you’re grinding solo or teaming up in co-op, I’ve got you covered with the most efficient method to get the new powerful unit. Let’s jump right into the new boss event!
How To Get Saber Alter Guide (Update 3.5)
Before you do anything, you need the evolved Saber (Saber Evo). Without it, you won’t be able to unlock Saber Alter—so make sure you have that first! Once you have Saber Evo, head into the Dark-Tainted Tyrant, Saber (Alternate) Boss Rush event. You can play solo or co-op, but the method stays the same.
Once inside the raid, your goal is to survive until Wave 15. To maximize your chances, wait until Wave 15 before placing your evolved Sabers. Position them near the enemy spawn, and once they’re placed, they will turn corrupted, triggering the transformation sequence. At this point, you have a 0.75% chance per Saber to obtain Saber Alter. The more Sabers you place, the better your chances!
If you don’t get Saber Alter at Wave 15, don’t worry. Wave 25 gives you another shot. Make sure you have your Sabers placed before this wave starts to maximize your odds.
Want to increase your chances even further? Use the Saber Servant Summon Seal, which costs 1 Saber Evo Item. Click the Summon Seal below and select a Saber unit you already placed. This allows you to place three more Sabers, boosting your total attempts per match to six.
Once you successfully obtain Saber Alter, she will appear immediately on your screen—no need to finish the raid! If you get her mid-match, you can leave right away, and she’ll still be yours.

This method takes around 5 minutes, making it the fastest way to get Saber Alter.Don’t forget—you need the Evo item to do this!
