AOT Revolution fans have been waiting for consistent updates for a while for now. However, the wait is finally over as it looks like Update 2 is just around the corner. It might even be worth the wait considering everything that is coming to the game.
In this guide, we will go over all the important things that are coming to the game as part of this update. This includes new codes, story missions, new abilities, new Titans and so on. We’ll also provide you with an estimate of the release date. Let’s get into it!
Everything Coming in Update 2
We have gotten a lot of information about what’s going to be coming to AOT Revolution as part of Update 2 through leaks and information from developers. There’s a lot to cover, so we’ll go through everything one by one.

New Codes
In anticipation of Update 2 coming to AOT Revolution, we have four new codes to share with you. They are the following:
- LIKES280K
- 75 Spins and 3 Free Keys
- VISITS100M
- 300 Spins
- UPDATE2SOON
- 75 Spins
- LUCKBOOST
- 1 2x Luck Potion for 30 minutes
In total, you should be able to get 450 Spins with these codes which is an insane amount.
You can input these codes in the CODES section that appear in the bottom right corner of the starting AOT Revolution screen.
Be sure to type them as it is shown, since they are case sensitive.
All New Storyline Missions and Map
The first bit of news we have about Update 2 is that we are very likely going to get new Storyline missions. This is because we have gotten a look at new animation leaks showing cutscenes from important events in the Attack on Titan anime.
Starting off, we have cutscenes for the Female Titan and the Utguard Castle. This implies we may likely have storyline missions revolving around these events in AOT Revolution.
Additionally, we have an animation cutscene that shows Eren Sealing the Wall in Trost. It is very likely this will be a new Storyline mission, since this animation has not been previously seen in Raids.
Finally, we have another cutscene showcasing Hanji’s Death fighting the Colossal Titans from Season 4. Developers have also indicated that the Colossal Titan rig is completed too.
Excitingly, this also indicated that we’ll be getting a new map which is the Docks from Season 4. This is where the fight with the Colossal Titans actually happens as well.
Finally, AOT Revolution developers have also informed fans that they have completed the following mission cutscenes:
- Capture
- Breach 1
- Breach 2
- Utguard
- Seal
- ??? Mission.
For some of these missions, we have already discussed the cutscenes above. The Breach 1 and Breach 2 missions will likely revolve around the Armored and Colossal Titans breaching the wall.
Armored Titan Details and Abilities
We’ve also been shown a fair amount of detail and cutscene info for the Armored Titan through leaks for Update 2.
Starting off, we have the abilities that the Armored Titan will actually have in AOT Revolution. As you can see in the image below, the Armored Titan has a charge or lightning of some sort coming out of him.
There is also a visual effect that shows that Armored Titan charging normally. So, we are not exactly sure what the difference between them is.
It also looks quite similar to a visual effect showing the Armored Titan throwing something.
Finally, we have an animation leak that shows how the Armored Titan looks when running. So by putting all these animations together, you can get an idea of how the Armored Titan will work in AOT Revolution.
There is some unfortunate news, however, regarding the release of Armored Titan. Many players believed that he would be released as part of Update 2 to AOT Revolution. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case now.
The developers have changed the Road Map and now the Armored Titan and the Armored Titan Raid will be released as part of Update 3. While it is quite disappointing, with the level of progress they’ve made, it is likely Update 3 rolls in soon.
They’ll even be releasing the Armored Titan skin as part of the Battle Pass for Update 2. So, at the very least, you should be able to use that until it releases!
Thunder Spear Path Skills and Animations
What we can confirm is coming to Update 2 is the new Thunder Spears. The developers have revealed that they have completed the following:
- Thunder Spear Path Skills 1-2
- Thunder Spear Path Skills 3
We do not have info on exactly what the skills are. But they will likely work similarly to the skill trees for normal player skills.
Additionally, there is a new cutscene showcasing the ODM movement of Thunder Spears. It all indicates that we will have brand new animations for when we’re using them.
It is very likely that Thunder Spears are coming in an earlier update so that we can actually learn to use them before the Armored Titan is released. This is because in the anime, Thunder Spears are used to kill the Armored Titan.
Abnormal Titans
A very minor thing we want to touch on is the Abnormal Titans. They are actually adding a new animation for these as part of Update 2.
They have a very cool animation where they move around like crazy. It is possible that these new Titans might be more dangerous and might cause a lot of players to die!
New Mythic Perks and Prestige Memories
Before Update 1, many players had anticipated that we would be getting 8 New Mythic Perks as the developers had said to AOT Revolution. Unfortunately, we only ended up getting 4 of these.
This means that the remaining 4 Mythic Perks will likely be released as part of Update 2. It is very likely that each of these Perks will add one new one to each category.

Additionally, we will also be getting new Prestige Memories and Talents. These are new updates that you get after Prestige like Quick Strike.
We don’t know how many there will be yet, but hopefully they will be much stronger than what we have now. This is because many players feel that rolling for 3 Star Memories takes up way too many Gems for something that doesn’t even make you very strong.
New Battle Pass and Cosmetics (Gamepass Gifting)
As part of Update 2, we are also finally getting a new Battle Pass to AOT Revolution. This Battle Pass will likely contain a lot of Spins, Cosmetics, and more.
We also know that they are working on something called Fate Cosmetic Rigs. It likely implies that there might be a new set of Cosmetics you can get which is very exciting.
You should also now be able to gift Gamepasses in Update 2. This will allow you to share with your friends while adding a bit of an economy to AOT Revolution.
We also have an image for one of the new ODM cosmetics coming to the game.
Shiki Achievement Change
We are also getting a change to how you can get Shiki Achievement in AOT Revolution. Many have complained that getting 64 achievements for it is incredibly difficult. For example, just getting the Warbringer Achievement alone is so difficult.

So, the developers are looking to change this amount in the future. They have already changed how in the past you needed to be on the Leaderboard to get Shiki. Now it is only optional.
Update 2 Release Date
Finally, we’ll be discussing the release date for Update 2 in AOT Revolution. We have officially not gotten a date yet. However, we can guess based on previous updates that it will likely be July 21st 2024 on Sunday.
This is because all the previous updates have been during the weekend around Sunday. They have also completed pretty much everything for Update 2.
Lastly, one of the codes UPDATE2SOON indicates that the update is just around the corner. So, hopefully, we are correct about this date and they do not delay it even more!
