If you’re diving into Arcane Conquest and wondering which class to pick for your next dungeon run, you’re in the right place. This guide will break down the best classes currently in the game, giving you the lowdown on which ones are top-tier, and why. I’ve been seeing tons of requests for an updated tier list, so I figured it was about time to throw one together, so you can figure out which classes are the best!
Best Class Tier List (Updated)
For those of you who haven’t yet jumped into Arcane Conquest, it’s a dungeon-style game where you fight mobs, gather loot, craft items, level up, and upgrade your gear. The game lets you choose different dungeon difficulties, and as you battle through these challenges, you’ll earn experience, gold, and loot to help you progress.
With five unique classes at your disposal, each offering something different, my tier list is designed to help you decide which one will give you the edge in your runs.
I’ve based this list on several key factors:
- Damage Output: How much damage the class can dish out in both solo and team scenarios.
- Survivability: How well the class can endure through tough dungeons, whether you’re flying solo or with a team.
- Utility: What extra benefits the class brings to the table (like healing or buffs).
- Flexibility: How well the class performs across various dungeon difficulties and with different team compositions.
Since Arcane Conquest is still evolving with new content, this tier list may change over time. But for now, this should give you a good sense of what classes to prioritize.
S-Tier
Paladin
Let’s start with the big one: Paladin. Right now, this class is easily in the S-tier. Paladin is the go-to choice for sustain, especially in tougher dungeons. It’s the best tank in the game, and it thrives in team play. When you’re up against tough bosses and swarms of enemies, Paladin’s healing and defense capabilities make it almost unbeatable. If you’re looking to clear dungeons easily, Paladin is a must-have for your team. It’s the class that will make sure your squad stays alive longer, and if you’re soloing, this class gives you plenty of staying power for the new dungeons.
Elementalist
Elementalist is another powerhouse in S-tier. This class is all about damage output, and it takes the crown when it comes to pure offense. If you’re grinding through dungeons and need to dish out the damage, Elementalist is your best friend. The only catch? Survivability. Elementalist can be fragile on its own, so unless you’re rolling with a Paladin or another support class to keep you alive, it might struggle in solo content. For the new dungeon, Elementalist takes a bit of a hit, but even then, it still packs a punch. So, whether you’re going solo or with a team, Elementalist stays in the S-tier for its damage potential.
Warrior
Warrior is another top contender for the S-tier. This class is great for damage and tankiness, striking a nice balance between offense and defense. If you’re looking for consistency and reliability in dungeons, Warrior delivers. Sure, it can take a backseat to Elementalist in pure damage output, but where Warrior shines is in its survivability and ability to take on enemies head-on. For the new dungeon, Warrior’s strength lies in its durability, and it pairs well with pretty much any other class. In general play, you can’t go wrong with Warrior as your main.
A-Tier
Shadowmancer
Now let’s talk about Shadowmancer. Personally, this is my favorite class to play! Shadowmancer can easily be A-tier or S-tier, depending on what you’re doing. For soloing, it’s a beast because of its self-sustain. If you’re taking on dungeons alone, this class does a great job keeping you alive while dealing decent damage. If you’re rolling with a team, it might drop to A-tier because there are classes better suited for group play, but it still holds its own. It’s an amazing choice if you want a class that’s fun and versatile, whether you’re going solo or with friends.
B-Tier
Rankist
Now, let’s talk about Rankist. This class is… well, fine. It’s decent in terms of versatility, but it doesn’t really stand out in terms of damage or survivability compared to the other classes. Rankist is really only viable if you’re in a team with other heavy hitters, and even then, it might not be your first pick. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s just not quite on the same level as the S-tier and A-tier picks. You could swap it around with other classes depending on your playstyle, but right now, it sits comfortably in B-tier.
Arcanist
Finally, we have Arcanist. This class is tricky. Arcanist is B-tier for solo content because it has some decent sustain and can get the job done, but it really struggles when it comes to tackling the new dungeon. If you try to solo the new dungeon with Oranus, you’ll quickly see why it drops down to D-tier. The class just isn’t up to par for the new content at the moment, so it’s best suited for general play, but not for endgame solo missions.
Wrap-Up
And that’s it! With only a handful of classes in Arcane Conquest right now, it’s easy to see how each one stacks up against the rest. Until more content drops—like new dungeons or classes—this tier list will pretty much hold steady. Let me know in the comments if you agree with the rankings, or if you think Rankist deserves a bump!
If you’re running Paladin, Elementalist, or Warrior, you’re in great hands. But no matter your choice, just have fun, experiment with your playstyle, and see what works best for you.
