There’s never enough games that let you experience the dread of open waters while on a wooden floater that can sink at any time. Now you can experience that as you battle your way through the high seas in Arcane Odyssey as you wage war over petty loot and fight unspeakable creatures that roam the depths a little bit too freely. But you can’t just go out there and claim glory without proper equipment, you’ll be made a laughing stock! In this guide we’ll make sure you’ll look the part as we equip you with one of the most recognizable weapons in maritime history!

How To Get Kai’s Sabre | Arcane Odyssey

You can find the sabre from Commodore Kai, a miniboss that you have to deal with in Silverhold. It only has a 1/10 drop chance so be sure to bring whatever patience you have with you as you’re most likely going to make multiple attempts in getting it.

To make your way to Commodore Kai turn right at the docks and go up the stairs that lead to the double doors. Once you’re in the reception area the man is literally just above you, the only thing that separates you both is a floor that you can bust through.

If a fair fight is what you would prefer then go through the backdoor and make a right turn twice, this will lead you inside a room with a very narrow staircase. Go up that and use the very first door you see.

One more left turn as you leave the stairwell, the double doors is where you want to go to. You need to be neutral before taking him on, so if you haven’t taken care of that go downstairs and talk to Scott Baldwin to reset your rep.

A dirty method of ending the fight sooner is to have explosive barrels around before you agro him. Those red kegs of death bring about 500 damage each and Commodore Kai only has 3000 HP. There’s plenty of those scattered around the docks so if you don’t mind a little bit of heavy lifting then go and do just that!

Since this is an item drop you will have to fight Kai a few times before you actually get the Sabre, you can easily do this as a solo as the fight isn’t really too difficult, now go and get that gear!

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
