In Arcane Odyssey you can sometimes come across these Treasure charts when playing the game. It’s a game about sailing ships and exploring islands so of course there’s also hidden treasure as well! Sadly there’s no comically big “X” that marks the spot so you’ll have to actually search for the treasure manually.
When you get these Treasure Charts it usually says what island it is on and where’s the general direction of this treasure. So for those who want to look for these hidden treasure let’s go and decode these charts!
The chart often says the island which is a no brainer, it will also say the general direction of the treasure. It can sometimes say directions like North, South or Northwest and Southeast which is easy to follow.
For those who don’t know much about the cardinal directions you might wonder what “North-northeast” or “South-southeast” means. That’s a way to divide the cardinal directions even further. For “North-Northeast” it’s somewhere in the middle of north and northeast. Another example is East-southeast which means it’s in the middle of east and southeast.
The charts also sometimes say if it’s on a tall mountain or cliff so go climb those cliffs and mountains when you get those. Sometimes they also say “Halfway (direction) from the center” and the best way to do this is go to the center of the island and head to the direction while searching for it.
