If you’re aiming to boost your damage and use one of the strongest units in Arise Crossover, then G+ Frioo (aka Frieza) is a must-have. While he starts off unimpressive at lower ranks, his power skyrockets once you hit G-rank, going from barely usable to dealing a massive 415 trillion damage. With the right setup, guild buffs, and some grind, Frioo becomes a core part of your lineup. In this guide, I’ll break down every method to get G-rank Frioo efficiently, the best farming locations, how to gear up, and tips to speedrun your way through Infernal Castle!
How to Get G+ Frioo/Frieza Guide
Let’s not sugarcoat it, Frioo (Frieza) in Arise Crossover is kinda mid at lower ranks.
- S-Rank? Practically useless.
- SS-Rank? Okay-ish, about 34 trillion damage.
- G-Rank? That’s when things get wild. We’re talking 415 trillion damage.
That’s a massive jump. Once you hit that G-Rank and stack it with something like a Hero Rank G title and a nice 42% guild boost (like I’m running), Frioo goes from benchwarmer to absolute carry. So, if you’re trying to secure this monster for your team, here are two methods on how to grind for G-Rank Frioo!

Method 1: Farming G-Rank in Infernal Castle (a.k.a. Demon Tower)
Let’s talk about the first method: Infernal Castle. Every 5 waves, a boss will spawn. And yes, any rarity, up to G-rank. You can’t get higher than G, but G is enough.
- Spawns every hour at :45 (e.g., 8:45, 9:45)
- You get 15 minutes to start your run
- Every floor cleared adds +1 minute to your timer
Every 5 floors = boss fight, and yes, those bosses can be any rank up to G. For more details about the Infernal Castle and how to clear it easily, make sure to check out my guide!
Boss Ranks by Wave:
- Waves 1–10: Mostly S-rank bosses
- Waves 11–20: SS-rank becomes more common
- Waves 21–30: G-rank bosses start to appear. You need to actually beat the stage to see the boss, so speed is key.
The nice part? The bosses here have way less HP than in regular areas. A G-rank might only have 5 Qi health, which sounds like a lot, but it’s actually manageable, especially compared to the regular world bosses. Just keep grinding up to wave 30. If the boss you want doesn’t spawn, no worries, you can reset and try again. Super efficient farming method.

Method 2: Dragon Ball Gate & Dungeon Farming
This method is a bit more niche but still viable, especially if you’re a collector or completionist. The Dragon Ball Gate also spawns hourly at :45 and stays open for 15 minutes. You’ll find it on Dragon Ball Island, and the bosses there have random rarities between E and SS by default.
To adjust the boss rank, you can use Rank-Up or Rank-Down Runes. It’s very RNG-dependent, but with patience, you might roll a Frioo at the rank you want. Be aware that bosses here are significantly tankier, some can have up to 3.7 QA health. Unless your damage output is extremely high, it’s usually better to stick to Infernal Castle.

Boosting Your Power – Weapons, Enchants & Guild Tips
Efficient farming depends heavily on your gear. Here’s an example of a working setup: Using a C-Rank weapon with Sharpness V enchant, it’s possible to hit around 9.35 QA damage. This isn’t even an optimized build, but it gets the job done.
To improve your loadout:
- Farm cash by grinding stronger NPCs. For more details, you can check out my guide on how to farm money fast in Arise Crossover.
- Buy Twin Draconic Blade for early-to-mid progression.
- Use the Weapon Merge Machine to boost stats.
- Add Sharpness or Looting enchants, Sharpness V and above can be game-changing.
Joining a guild is another easy way to multiply your damage and speed through buffs. If you’re not in one yet, consider joining an active guild to make your runs smoother and faster.

Wrap-Up
And that’s everything you need to know to get your hands on a G+ Frioo/Frieza in Arise Crossover. Whether you’re running floors in Infernal Castle or testing your luck at Dragon Ball Gate, consistency and speed are key. Focus on clearing waves quickly, optimizing your damage with better gear and enchants, and making use of guild boosts whenever possible. G-rank Frioo/Frieza may take some time to get, but once he’s on your team, the payoff is huge, especially if you’re stacking multipliers and pushing late-game content.
