As I took my time playing Arise Crossover, I have compiled a few tips and tricks that you can incorporate into your own gameplay (if you havenāt already). These short tidbits of information focus on random aspects of the game that are arguably easy to forget or overlook. Together, letās explore the 10 things I would recommend when playing the game! (For beginners and pros).
Tips & Tricks for Arise Crossover
If you are looking for a more in-depth guide on certain in-game features that you should focus on as a new player, look towards our ultimate beginnerās guide to Arise Crossover!
Accepting your AFK awards
While this is more of a āmeā problem, sometimes you can forget simple features like AFK Rewards. This is just a reminder from me to you that you should check the upper right of your screen from time to time. Specifically, you can receive rewards every five minutes (four minutes for Premium players). Who doesnāt want free rewards?
Dash Ability

Sometimes, even the most simple of features can easily be overlooked. In this case, some players might forget to spam this movement ability from time to time. This is specifically targeted towards new players, but can affect experienced ones as well. Always remember to press Q! Especially if you donāt have a mount yet.
Hunting Mounts

Speaking of movement, if you want to obtain some cool-looking mounts, you will have to keep looking around the different islands in the game. Additionally, you have to think about other players getting to them first as well. The solution to this small problem is to try server-hopping! Generally, you want to look for servers with fewer people, as it also directly lowers the competition.Ā
Making a List
Make a list of the things you need before heading out to dungeons. This tip can generally apply to almost any other game that is sort of similar to Arise Crossover. Time and energy are precious. Instead of wasting both on just about any location, itās better to take note of what you need so you can efficiently farm without feeling too burnt out. I personally do this to avoid being lost. Even something as simple as taking note of how many of that one item can go a long way.
Resource ManagementĀ
Being one of the most common tips applicable to any sort of game, Arise Crossover benefits from this principle most of all. If youāre a F2P and you only have so much to work with, you want to make sure that you are spending your hard-earned currency on things that will benefit your overall progress. Losing them on items that are hardly beneficial to your growth is such a disappointing feeling. If you feel like spending your resources on something trivial, just remember the number of hours you put in just to get them.
Farm to Strengthen Your Shadows

Some players might be excited to move on to the next island or dungeon (and itās very understandable). However, if you want stronger Shadows in your arsenal, try revisiting past locations to help with your collection as well as upgrading them to their SS ranks. Itās like that one childrenās story, āslow and steady wins the raceā.
Maximize Mount Utility
Your mounts arenāt just for transportation! Well, at least, kinda. While there is no officially recognized ability, players have come up with methods to use their mounts for other things. For example, a simple thing you can do is use your mount to escape from enemies (especially when things get rough).
Use Tickets Strategically

Unless you want to upset your bank account, farming for tickets is the way to go for F2P players.Ā
I highly recommend you use your tickets on the Gamepasses, as these can help with your overall farming and gameplay experience. Unless you were able to get everything you need, then I guess spending it on other mundane items in the Shop is okay.
Potion Timing Is Key
Having Shadow Potions and Boosts can be game-changers during dungeon raids. Just like in other games with bosses and waves of enemies, make sure to use these items sparingly. Donāt just pop them right away, especially with weaker mobs on the field. Learning when to use these buffs can make or break a boss fight.Ā
Turn off Fog setting.

Ending this guide on a very simple trick, you can turn off the Fog in your Settings menu. With it gone, not only do you have more visibility in the game, but looking for each island is much easier to do! This is also a great tip that could benefit players on lower-end PCs or smartphones. Having the Fog turned off can increase the FPS of the game, making the gameplay experience much smoother

As always, remember that the information listed in this tips and tricks guide is mainly from the opinion of a fellow player! These are purely subjective, and you might not enjoy them (but thatās okay!).
