You don’t want to be missing on all the Gear Chests in Assassin’s Creed Mirage. They all contain high-value loot such as strong weapons and armor. Not only that, but they also all feature a challenge, before you’ll be able to reach the chests. Sometimes, you’ll have to go through restricted areas, puzzles and more. Winter Palace Gear Chest Location
For this Gear Chest, I recommend starting around the back area of the Winter Palace in the Wilderness. Just a heads up, be careful as this is a restricted area.
Now, wrap around the location and look for the water mill next to a small waterfall as shown in the image below. On the map, it will be in the left side of the building.
From here, make your way up using the lever placed in the water mill.
Afterwards, use your compass and look towards northwest. Here, you’ll see a building with windows.
In order to proceed, you’ll have to snipe the chandelier inside by throwing your knives.
After you’ve successfully taken it down, make your way around the building and look for its entrance.
Inside, you’ll have to climb a bunch of boxes and wooden platforms where you’ll see the Gear Chest on top.
The chest contains the Hidden One Dagger or its upgrades, if you’ve picked it up before in another location.
